• Protocol for Information Exchange between States Departments. Lists the parties/signatories to the protocol and describes the purpose of the protocol as to facilitate the exchange of information in order to safeguard the welfare of children or vulnerable adults, including victims of domestic violence. Includes an introduction outlining matters that signatories to the protocol subscribe to, and includes definitions. Sets out protocol with regard to information exchange, security, complaints and breaches, requests for information, training, indemnity, confidentiality and signatures. Includes the following appendices: Appendix A: The Data Protection Principles set out in the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2005. Appendix B: Convention Rights set out in the Human Rights (Jersey) Law 2000. Appendix C: First Principle: Conditions for processing of any personal data and First Principle: Conditions for processing of sensitive personal data set out in the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2005. Appendix D: Protocol for Data Sharing. Appendix E: Confidentiality Statement. Appendix F: Form of Indemnity. • Email dated 14 December 2006 from Alison Fossey to André Bonjour. Enquires whether Mr Bonjour would like a meeting prior to an event. • Email correspondence dated 20 December 2006 between Alison Fossey and Paul Vane. Includes an email from Alison Fossey to Paul Vane informing him that all parties have signed up to the information sharing protocol but have requested a layman's guide, enquiring regarding his availability to draft a guide. Includes reply by Paul Vane noting that such guidance does not exist, highlighting other guidance already available and indicating willingness to assist draft a guide.
