Informs States of Jersey employees that the States Employment Board at its meeting of 25 February 2011 approved an approach to improve the management of concurrent internal disciplinary and criminal investigatory cases. Sets out details of the approach approved at the meeting, detailing action to be undertaken by different agencies including the Employee Relations Team and a Liaison Group set up under the auspices of a Memorandum of Understanding.
