Relates to comments by Lenny Harper dismissing claims that Jimmy Savile paid the States of Jersey £50,000 in 2008 to keep him out of the child abuse inquiry that centred on Haut de la Garenne. Also details assertion by Lenny Harper that there were no accusations against Savile or evidence which warranted investigation and assertion that he would have arrested Savile had there had been evidence.
