Images of the Pomme d'Or Hotel taken for a feature on the hotel's reopening following its extensive redevelopment. Includes images of: staff working in the main kitchens [A] head chef Henri Fauconnier sharpening knives [B]; food and beverage manager Philip Toft standing by to assist chef Gary Benton at the carvery [C-D]; and a marriage stone in the foyer of the hotel dated 1801 referring to Mathieu Le Boeuf, the hotel site's owner, and his wife Esther Le Boeuf, née Le Gallais [E] [from JEP 27/05/1981 supplement pp VIII-IX].

Negatives have been scanned at 1,200 dpi and can be downloaded as high quality jpg files. The quality of the scanned image is dependent on the condition of the original.
