Lease of Le Hocq Hotel, St Clement by Ann Street Brewery Company Limited of the first party to John Ernest Boleat of the second party for a period of seven years at an annual rent of 100 pounds sterling to be paid quarterly. In 1925 Ann Street Brewery erected an annexe across the road from Le Hocq Hotel, additional agreement that the lessee now has use of the annexe for an extra sixty pounds per annum.
