Bequeaths to the Church- wardens of St Brelade 2 guineas and the Church- wardens of St Mary 1 guinea for the annual upkeep of his family burial places; desires the next rector of St Brelade to set aside the balance of the estate to create a fund called the St Brelades Church Restoration Fund which is intended to restore and maintain the fabric of the church and to add to the upkeep of the Chapelle-es-Pecheurs. Codicil added 16 Feburary 1938 Codicil added 24 February 1940. Bequeaths £100 to the Société Jersiaise and £100 to the National Trust for Jersey. Codicil added 10 April 1941
