Contract between Henry Bailhache, only son of the late Clement, Philippe Winter Nicolle, eldest son and principal heir of the late Philippe Nicolle and Esther Winter, who was principal heir to the estate of her late brother Philippe Winter, and Philippe Mourant Richardson, procureur for Albina Godfray, daughter of Francois and soul heir to the estate of her brother Francois Amiraux Godfray, her brother, who was eldest son and principal heir to the aforesaid Francois, who had bought from Anne de Ste Croix, wife of Philippe Journeaux any rights to a Church called St Paul's Church, which she had inherited from her father Aaron de Ste Croix, the aforesaid Clement Bailhache, Philippe Nicolle, Philippe Winter and Aaron de Ste Croix, the original founders and proprietors of St Paul's Church of the first party and John de la Taste, James Sorel, Clement Auguste de Quetteville and Clement Kendra, nominated new Trustees of St Paul's Church of the second party.
