Images of a collection of clay pipes dating from around 1620 to 1850. The pipes are mounted on a display board and were photographed at the Castle Museum. The clay pipes were found at various times in Mont Orgueil Castle during excavations. They include pipes commemorating the Battle of Trafalgar and Queen Victoria's visit to Jersey [see JWP 6/2/1937]. The images were produced from the negatives depicted in Contact Sheet 4 of Red Contact File 4 from the Jersey Evening Post (JEP) Photographic Archive.
