Photograph taken on the 25th anniversary of Liberation Day showing the Jersey Democratic Movement [has been identified as Jersey Trades Council] float that was part of the parade through St Helier. The float showed activities that had been punishable offences during the Occupation, listening to the BBC on the radio and producing news leaflets. From right to left, Charlie Blampied with the crystal set, Mrs Blampied [has been identified as Mrs Le Mains] typing the news, Stella Perkins duplicating the message. Copies of the leaflet were handed out to the crowd.
