Bequeaths all personal estate to the bank, his wife to have free use of everything until her death, after which annuities to be paid by the bank to the Constable and Procureurs du Bien Public of St Brelade to the upkeep of the parish hall and to erect a picture gallery in St Brelade and purchase pictures to be hung in the gallery.
