Bequeaths for the Fabric of the Church of Barenton 40,000 Francs, to the common fabric of St Cyr-du-Balleul, Gen, and St Georges-de-Rouelley 20,000 Francs each. These bequests are subject to certain conditions. If these conditions are not met, bequeaths to poor French People living in Jersey 50,000 Francs, distributed by the French Catholic Church in St Helier and the Members of the St Vincent de Paule Society, underlines certain conditions for masses to be said for the repose of his sin, to the Home for the Aged and Infirm Women 25,000 Francs, and to the Jersey Female Orphans House 25,000 Francs. Desires his house Bagatelle to be sold then bequeaths the profits in equal parts between 1) The Bishop of Jersey to use for revenue and to say masses for the testators soul and 2) Between the Home for Aged and Infirm Women, and Dr Barnado's Home, Grouville. Bequeaths all books in his library to the Catholic Library, administered by the priest of St Thomas and the Society of St Vincent de Paul. Codicil Added; 3/11/1891. Bequeaths to the Little Sisters of the poor 10,000 Francs. Bequeaths to named parties his house at Barenton, to R.P Fick all rights to 14, Hue Street charging him to lodge 17 poor.
