Extracts from the Royal Court registering an agreement made between Elizabeth de Carteret heir to part of the collateral succession of the late Edouard de Carteret of the first party and François de Carteret daughter of the late François de Carteret of the second party. The agreement records that Elizabeth de Carteret, owner of the Fief de Chesnel, has received permission from the Queen to alienate the Fief. Elizabeth transfers to Françoise a house and land which Elizabeth claimed by retrait from Mathieu Baudet.
