Also includes a letter dated 21 June 1892 from a Mr Sebilot of 25 Don Street requesting £5 compensation after the poor state of the paving in Vine Street caused him to fall over and ruin his entire outfit, "including the hat".

Amongst these are Abraham de la Mare for paving La Grande Rue (Broad Sreet), Jean Benest and others for paving the road on the Quay, Messrs Paul and Havd. Le Mesurier and Company, Messrs Samuel Dobrée and Son, and various others. Runs concurrently with volume L/D/38/B2/1.
