The report is included and concludes that Jersey is likely to be attacked in Autumn or Winter, that it is impossible to blockade the eight ports on the French coast between Cherbourg and St Malo, that the Island is situated in a place liable to surprise, gives details of the present force of the Island and the minimum force needed to defend the Island
