Images of Air Raid Precaution exercises held on Victoria Avenue at West Park, and watched by spectators from Westmount, West Park Pavilion and the Lower Park. The images include the treatment of casualties, a warden riding a Royal Enfield motor cycle with the registration J581, wardens dealing with gas leaks, the decontamination of the road surface, a Police Officer wearing a gas mask, and spectators leaving after the exercise [see JWP 29/10/1938 p4].
